Administrative and constitutional law

We represent clients in administrative proceedings before state and local authorities in various fields of administrative law. The scope of our service includes representation from the first instance of administrative procedure to appeals, remonstrance and review proceedings. Also, we represent clients before administrative courts including the Czech Supreme Administrative Court and in cases heard by the Czech Constitutional Court.

Our services include legal representation in administrative proceedings in various areas of public administration. We already provided our clients with services in proceedings before state authorities in respect of labour law and occupational safety and health regulations. In connection with the property law agenda, we provide services in urban planning and building procedures. Also, our expertise covers capital markets and competition.

We draft constitutional complaints and represent clients in consequent proceedings before the Czech Constitutional Court. We also represented clients before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
