Prices

All fees for provided legal services are contractual and based on an agreement between the client and the law firm.

In an effort to always provide our clients with information on the price based on the time and expertise required for the particular case, we do not publish any universal pricelist. We take care of the client since the very beginning, communicating in person at the time of a non-binding enquiry. Thus, if you want to know the price of legal service for your particular case, send us a message or call us. We will be pleased to look into your case without requiring you to make a binding order or any payment. With us, clients only pay for the actually provided legal service.

Also, you might want to know that

• payments for our legal service are done by cashless wire transfer (we accept payments in CZK or EUR)
• we are registered as VAT payers
• we maintain proper insurance in line with the regulations of the Czech Bar Association
• pursuant to Act No. 634/1992 Coll. on consumer protection, as amended, the Czech Bar Association is authorized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic to perform out-of-court settlements of consumer disputes arising between a law firm (attorney) and consumers under legal service agreements. The website of this authorized entity is located at www.cak.cz. A consumer means a person not acting as part of his or her business activities or independent work.
