We render legal service as defending counsels from the examination and investigation stage to proceedings before court. Our defence also includes related advisory. Also, we appear as representatives of injured parties in penal procedures to claim damages.

Our particular focus is on the following areas

• preparation and filing of reports of committed crimes
• representation during preparatory proceedings (assistance during investigation, production of evidence, acts leading to release from custody,etc.)
• representation in procedures before courts of all instances, filing of regular and extraordinary remedies
• representation of injured parties and protection of their rights including representation in collateral proceedings
• consulting in respect of evaluation of possible penal consequences of acts
• trainings of managers and employees in respect of their possible criminal conduct (bribery, infringements related to public contracts, harmful or preferential conduct towards creditors, causing of bankruptcy, etc.)

We appeared as defending counsels in several cases that attracted media attention. Our attorneys have the field experience and expertise necessarily required for proper defence. Among other, we represented clients investigated by the Organized Crime Investigation Unit (ÚOOZ), Corruption and Financial Crime Investigation Unit (ÚOKFK), National Anti-Drug Headquarters (NPC) or the General Security Corps Inspection (GIBS) of the Czech Police.

Also, we represent clients in matters related to property and economic crime where we are capable of highly professional leading of the case given our focus on commercial law, competition law and law of the European Union. Our recent cases included, for example, harming of financial interests of the European Union, scheming in public tender, subsidy frauds, breach of trust, etc.
