We specialize in real property transactions from checking the legal condition of the property, to assisting in financing (mortgage loan agreements), to realization of the transfer of title to the property. Also, we draft and review contracts for work related to buildings, leases of residential and non-residential premises, as well as tenement agreements.

Our office provides its legal service to several major development companies operating in the Czech market. We participated in preparations of development projects concerning family houses, apartment houses as well as networked land plots. We assisted in the course of realization of these projects and rendered comprehensive legal service during their sale. We prepare purchase contracts, leases, easement (servitude) and security agreements. Also, our earlier assignments include representation of clients in disputes with banks and building savings companies.
