Dispute resolution

We provide comprehensive services related to disputes. We represent clients in court and arbitration proceedings, international arbitrations, proceedings before the Czech Constitutional Court, as well as in out-of-court settlement of disputes. Our service covers all stages of dispute resolution from the initial analysis of facts and related legal issues to tactical planning and motions to initiate proceedings, to representation before courts and other authorities. Also, we represent clients in proceedings for enforcement of judgment or incidental disputes arising out of insolvency proceedings.

Our particular focus is on the following areas

We are experienced in property disputes – disputes over property ownership, lease, eviction from property, contracts for work, or warranties. We appear on behalf of our clients in disputes resolved before general and arbitration courts on the national or international level.
